About the Opportunity

Responsibilities as a Lecturer / Teacher with us

• Delivering high‑quality teaching and training in line with the Bolton College lesson structure
• Planning and preparing engaging sessions and learning activities
• Assessing, monitoring, and tracking learner progress
• Supporting learner confidence, inclusion, wellbeing, and progression
• Contributing to departmental objectives, quality standards, and team collaboration
